The 2022 Silvan Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth and silky vintage, with bright aromas and flavors of cherries and blueberries and a subtle earthy quality mid-palate. The tannins are very well-balanced in this wine and the result is an elegant yet approachable Cabernet that can be enjoyed now or laid down for 5-7 years.
Winemakers Drew Voit and Kim Bowman opted to make our 2023 Rosé out of Grenache, rather than Pinot Noir. Grenache Rosés are typically dry in style, with a broad, rich palate of watermelon, strawberry and lemon flavors. More heavily extracted, the color is a deeper pink and the flavors more vivid.
This new release is opulent and round, bursting with flavors and aromas of ripe melon, pear, and crème brûlée. Quail Run Vineyards in Talent, OR is the source for this Rogue Valley appellated Chardonnay.
Silvan Ridge has become one of the leading producers of Malbec in the state of Oregon. This vintage offers a lush nose laced with boysenberry and cocoa. Soft yet concentrated on the palate, with additional flavors of black cherry, vanilla, and cardamom.
The 2023 Malbec is a huge departure from the last vintage, mainly due to a change in vineyard source; we now source from both the Oregon and Washington sides of the Walla Walla Valley AVA for Malbec, as the fruit at these sites is ripe, juicy, and loaded with complexity. You will notice the super dark color in the glass, luscious texture, dark fruits, and savory finish to this wine as you enjoy your first glass.
Our Pinot Gris remains a staple in the Silvan Ridge lineup of white wines, and for good reason. Our signature crisp, dry, refreshing style is evident in this new release, which features bright citrus flavors and lively acidity with virtually no residual sugar.
This lightly fizzy Muscat is fresh and aromatic, with orange candy scents and flavors. Serve it as an apéritif with soft cheeses or use it to spiff up your Sunday mimosas or Bellinis.
A blend of 4 Willamette Valley vineyards, stretching from Eugene to Canby, our 2021 Pinot Noir Reserve wows with fresh, concentrated tones. There’s a sense of taut balance between acidity and ripeness, with a focus of raspberry, cherry and strawberry flavors that extend the finish for minutes. This classic Oregon wine pairs with classic Oregon cuisine: salmon, duck, goat cheese.
Named for the late Elizabeth Chambers, who owned the winery before passing in 2018, this wine is crafted in keeping with what she enjoyed: a flavorful, fruit-forward wine that has elegance and finesse.
Also sourced from Oregon’s Walla Walla Valley, this is a blend of 83% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Malbec, making it our first-ever Merlot-dominated blend. The Merlot we received in 2023 was so spectacular, we decided to make it the star of the show in this wine. The result is a blend that is rich, smooth, bursting with dark fruits and earth on the nose and on the palate, and lingers on the finish.
The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is everything you want a summer wine to be: Fragrant, loaded with fresh citrus and melon, and enough acidity to create a crisp, refreshing finish. Add to that a rich, viscous texture, and this wine is perfect for summer sipping, paired with spicy cuisine, or burrata salad.
