The 2019 Fairsing Vineyard Chardonnay opens with vibrant aromas of fresh white peach, honeysuckle and nutmeg. On the palate, the wine is broad and generous, but with focus and precision. Durant Vineyard is a mid-elevation site located in the Dundee Hills AVA in the northern Willamette Valley. Regarded by many as the premier growing region in the valley, the Dundee Hills AVA is most well-known for its rich, red volcanic Jory soils, and produces wines of finesse, purity, and depth.
This tantalizing Rosé of Pinot Noir is bright, refreshing and juicy. In the glass, the wine is a beautiful shade of coral. Tempting aromas of blood orange and watermelon rind tempt your senses. The palate is lush and silky, and layered with flavors of guava, pomelo and ruby red grapefruit. Vibrant acidity carries through to a mouth-watering finish with hints of orange blossom and passion fruit.
Bright red ruby in color, the Willamette Valley Pinot Noir exhibits beautiful aromas of fresh black cherries, raspberries, bergamot, and ground espresso powder. Lazy River Vineyard lies 300-500 feet in elevation, on the steep south-facing slope of Mt. Richmondin the Northwest Willamette Valley, in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Soils include marine sediment and volcanic Jory. Lazy River is in a cooler location, nearly touching the foothills of the Coast Range.
