Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Deep crimson in color, the Fairsing Vineyard Pinot Noir is a wonderfully complex wine. The exquisite nose tempts with dark fruits and dusty aromas of cocoa powder and dried lavender. The round, well-balanced palate explodes with black cherry, black raspberry, and currant, while underlying hints of fig chutney and mocha mix with smooth, supple tannin to create a velvety mouthfeel. A powerful, persistent finish puts the exclamation point on this sensational Pinot Noir.
