The 2022 Silvan Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth and silky vintage, with bright aromas and flavors of cherries and blueberries and a subtle earthy quality mid-palate. The tannins are very well-balanced in this wine and the result is an elegant yet approachable Cabernet that can be enjoyed now or laid down for 5-7 years.
Welcome to the new era of winemaking at Silvan Ridge.... the 2023 Syrah is a delicious sign of what is to come from the 2023 vintage of red wines. 2023 was the first year of our new winemaking team, Kim Bowman and Drew Voit, changing our approach and some of our vineyard sourcing to make simply stellar wines. The Syrah is stunning. It is unctuous, rich, and loaded with huge plum and blueberry pie flavors on the palate. Limited production - may not last past the Fall.
